It arrived in perfect order, looking brand new with labels on it, instructions, and locks "blocked" with plastic on it set to 000.Pros: The box is sturdy. The inner rails excellent for holding letter or legal files. I accidentally left the box outside overnight, full of paperwork. It rained long and hard overnight, and after realizing my error in the morning, I brought the box inside, wiped it down with a towel, and opened the box to find that everything was perfectly dry on the inside. Cons: Rolling the box around, the handle doesn't come up high enough to be completely comfortable for me at 6' tall. I had to fly on Delta in April of 2010, and I used this box to carry paperwork to California. I checked the box, but used Delta's more "careful" service for more fragile items. I ordered it on Thursday, and it showed up on Monday, 2 days before Amazon's delivery estimate. The product came in new condition with all tags, the box was a little damaged during shipping but the product survived without a scratch.One of the features that I didn't see listed on the page was that the telescoping handle locks in both positions (in or out), so you can push or pull while rolling. This also helps if you are pulling the box downhill, so the handle doesn't collapse and the box hits you in the ankle. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to take files with them. Update 1/30/12 - almost 2 yrs later and product is holding up nicely.
