Almost everything's adjustable, and a really big plus is the tilt can be locked in any position. If you buy this you will want to try different settings, nearly everything is adjustable. Be sure to tighten the large hand nuts.Three cautions. As another reviewer pointed out, the headrest seems farther back than optimum; I'd prefer that it be about 5" forward, but it's OK. The chair feels like it might tilt over backward if you lean back hard or fast all the way.
